We do not issue refunds for membership dues.
In order to place orders with Wolf Lake Wellness, or use our Azure drop point, one must first become a paid member of Wolf Lake Wellness.
Produce Ordering Info:
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice, due to daily supplier price changes.
Produce orders are open from Thursday through Sunday ending at 10pm Alaska Time, Sunday.
Please check the calendar for specific ordering dates.
All remaining portions of a case need to be selected b y the end of the ordering period for the item to be ordered. Partial cases not filled by the end of the ordering period may not be ordered.
Orders are to be paid for upon pick up. Currently we accept credit card, debit, and check. NO CASH at this time. Other arrangements can be made, please inquire.
If you place an order you are required to pay upon arrival. Those who do not pick up orders on the pick- up date, may be subject to prepay for future orders, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Final invoices will be sent out the Tuesday after order cut off.
Please expect orders to arrive Wednesday the following week of ordering. See the calendar for more info. Pick up time is from 3pm-9pm unless produce is late. You will be emailed and called if later then 3pm pick up on pickup day.
You will be notified via emails the day prior to order pick up.
If for some reason you are unable to pick up your orders on selected pick up day, you need to make contact with us by email or by phone, to arrange pick up time.
We hand sort out our inventory to ensure that our members go home with only the best produce, on pick up day.
Please pick up your orders ON TIME!
REFRIDGERATION IS LIMITED!
PLEASE NOTE: This is Organic Produce that has not been treated with preservative coatings such as the regular conventionally grown produce items purchased at the store, so it does not have a long shelf life. It must be refrigerated and /or taken care of promptly upon pick up!
Wolf Lake Wellness can only guarantee the quality of orders picked up on time.
PLEASE NOTE: Wolf Lake Wellness will not be responsible for the condition of orders that are picked up late. Orders are treated equally upon the arrival date. If you are late in picking up your orders, your order may not be of best quality, this is your responsibility, not ours. At the current time we do not have the proper facility to maintain your produce at its proper temperature and moisture requirements for extended periods of time.
Azure Ordering:
For Azure Customers, there is a shipping and handling fee applied to all azure orders by Wolf Lake Wellness. The prices you pay online at Azure Standard are for pick up at their location in OREGON ONLY! Shipping to Alaska is not included in your Azure Invoice!

Providing Personal Contact Info:
We ask that those of you intending to place orders with Wolf Lake Wellness please register first before being able to place an order. This will provide accurate contact information for you during pick up day.
This way when the final orders are made to the Produce Company, if there are any questions on substitutions etc, we have a way to reach you. In addition, we have a way to contact you once orders have arrived. (Please provide a good daytime contact number in your WLW user profile).
Please note that we will not be sharing your information with other companies or anyone else. We ask for it, for the sole purpose of ordering with Wolf Lake Wellness.
